NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETINGS
– La Pine Park & Recreation District –
Public meetings of the Budget Committee of La Pine Park & Recreation District to discuss the proposed budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. An orientation meeting with distribution of the proposed budget will be held in person at the District office at 16405 1st Street in La Pine on May 7, 2026, at 6:00pm.
A second meeting will be held on May 18, 2026, at 6:00pm to receive the budget message, receive comments from the public on the budget, and review and approve the proposed budget.
This will be a hybrid in-person meeting and virtual meeting hosted through Zoom. The in-person meeting will be held at District office. If a member of the public desires to participate in the public hearing via Zoom and/or submit comments before the meeting, please contact 541-536-2223 or info@lapineparks.org. A copy of the proposed budget document can be obtained at http://lapineparks.org/ or by contacting the District offices on or after May 5th.
Board meetings are held the first Tuesday of the month at 6 pm at the Community Center, in the Wickiup Room. Feel free to attend or join by Zoom.
